The crotch is double lined for a total of 3 layers of light weight stretch fleece for maximum absorption and comfort. One pair can hold about an ounce of liquid. I do not use any plastic liners as these are plant based, non-toxic for your body, and meant to give your body the free bleeding experience while also feeling comfortable and sexy!
